And in a nutshell the following are New features on Windows 10 April 2018 Update: 

Timeline : Your Windows 10 computer will return to up to 30 days to find your data, even though you did it today, last week, or a few weeks ago to help you find your documents. 

Focus Assist :  helps you stay focused. Turn on  Focus Assist  whenever you want to complete a task without interruption, such as social media or other notifications. Or set the feature to turn on automatically at certain times when you need time to focus. 

Microsoft Edge :  You can now click on the audio icon to turn off or turn on the sound of a tab that has sound. 

Grammar Tools : Anyone who needs help reading can use the Grammar Tools option  to turn on comprehension assistance. Grammar Tools  can divide the words on the page into syllables, and highlight important parts of conversation such as nouns, verbs and adjectives. 

Dictation : It is now very easy to make notes, or write a task, only with your voice.

The Timeline  Helps You Find Things That Are Important To You On Your Device 

The number of devices, combined with very much information, causes accumulation of computer usage time. In fact, at present, practically all free time is used in front of the screen. Your information is spread across many devices, making it harder to find what you need. We've all dug into e-mail and  folders  to look for documents that you know you've made, but can't find. Or search for photos and videos that you have seen and liked, but cannot be found. The timeline  can help you restore the wasted time. With the Timeline, your Windows 10 computer will return to up to 30 days to find your data, even though you did it today, last week, or a few weeks ago. 

Because most of our activities continue, you can even continue what you are working on before if you have logged into your Microsoft account while using Microsoft Edge or Office 365 on an iOS or Android device when you return to your Windows 10 Computer. Focus Assist Restores Your Focus 

Today, most of us spend between 3-6 hours per day in front of the monitor screen. Most of the time we spend on social media, where there is a lot of constant interference on various devices that we have so it is difficult to focus. 

In other words, our attention is being hacked, pulling us into a continuous stream of information, but distracting us from what is most important. The challenge of paying attention is very real - in a work environment, the average amount of time people spend on a job before being interrupted or changing assignments is three minutes (outside the meeting). Because the average person needs about 23 minutes to refocus after being disturbed, our productivity and creativity are reduced. With Windows 10 April 2018 Update, Microsoft introduces  Focus Assist  to help you stay focused. 

Turn on  Focus Assist  whenever you want to complete a task without interruption, such as social media or other notifications. Or set the feature to turn on automatically at certain times when you need time to focus. When you are finished, you will get a summary of what you have missed, be it notifications, e-mails, or  updates , when you are in focus. If you are waiting for a particular phone or e-mail, select the people you want to pass the notification to. Through this feature also helps you focus when opening  web  with  updates  for  Microsoft Edge . 

You can now click on the audio icon to turn off or turn on the sound of a tab that has sound. Books, PDFs and reading pages can be opened in full screen for an uninterrupted reading experience. Shopping is easier because addresses, payments and other information can be stored safely with the option to automatically fill in payment forms on the  web . You can now eliminate things that stain your print by printing web pages  use a cleaner format with the latest stain-free printing options. Finally, anyone who needs help reading can use the Grammar Tools option   to turn on comprehension assistance. Sound as Natural Input 

The natural computing experience allows us to speak directly to our device to complete work, without typing. Microsoft sees the potential for voice input to significantly change how people interact with their devices, far beyond the latest rides or entertainment. One way that has been done for this through April 2018 Update is with  Dictation . Now it's easy to make notes, or write a task, only with your voice. With any cursor on any text page in Windows 10 or the application, press the Win + H button and start talking. The  enhanced Dictation feature  in Windows 10 will catch your conversation quickly and accurately so that your bright ideas or speeches that you have trained for your best friend's marriage will not disappear forever.
